At SOOS Atelier, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale accents are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original SOOS Atelier boxes to ensure they are protected during transit; include all hardware and manuals.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
